What carrier do you use and what is your carriage cost?
We normally use ANC Carriers (now owned by FedEx) and we charge £9.50 for jobs under £300 + vat. Over £300 carriage is free.

Can I pay with a credit/ debit card?
Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard.

Are you a new company?
We are on our 19th year. We used to be called GIFTS FROM SCANDINAVIA. We also had branches called 741 AWARDS and 741 GROUP, but since 2001 we have been all under one heading: 741 AWARDS LTD.

Do you have a catalogue?
Yes, we have three. Our 2008-09 catalogue is still very current with only a few items discontinued and we have a new insert catalogue for all new products from 2010 onwards along with our Elite catalogue.

What if I need something in a hurry?
Give us a ring, we can probably help you. We have access to large stock levels and can get goods quickly.

Do you sell outside UK?
Yes, we have distributors in quite a few countries outside UK. Please contact us for an address/phone number.

How many items do you have on this site?
Currently we have over 1000 entries.

Do you provide full engraving service?
Yes, we can supply everything we sell with engraved logo and/or text and we use one of the best engravers in the UK to produce outstanding results

How do you Engrave on Glass?
We use a sand etching technique for engraving high quality logos/text onto glass and crystal. This gives an even finish with sharp contrasts, with a quality that exceeds anything that would be possible to achieve with any other method of engraving.

Can the PRISM range be laser engraved.
Yes, some of our customers have produced very good results.

Can we get samples from you?
Non personalised samples are available. Payment with order, (or a credit card number) refund when goods are returned un-damaged within 14 days.

Can I email my artwork? What is required?
Yes, you can email us your artwork (artroom@741.co.uk) We prefer .eps files (often produced in Adobe Illustrator). We can also work with high resolution jpg files etc. Artwork needs to be solid and b/w

What if we can't supply artwork in .eps?
Don't worry. We can work with many file types like Jpg, tiff CorelDraw etc. Give us a ring on 0845 5000 741. We can probably help you.

What if I don't have email?
You can also send your artwork on CD. If you have a good quality laser print of your logo, please send it to us and we will try to use it. If you need advice regarding artwork: give us a ring on 0845 5000 741
